Cavendish strawberry plant is a high yielding cultivar with red stele and verticillium resistance and black root rot tolerance. It is very winter-hardy and produces very large, high-quality berries which are excellent for all uses. The flavor is sweet and less tart than Honeoye. Ripens mid-season.
